PRODUCTS AND PRICES

We aim to describe and display our products accurately. Handmade items and original artworks may have small variations in colour, texture, or finish. All prices are in New Zealand dollars. Delivery charges are shown at checkout.

ORDERS AND PAYMENT

Orders are confirmed once payment is received. We may cancel and refund an order if an item is unavailable, incorrectly priced, or cannot be supplied. You must provide accurate contact and delivery information.

DELIVERY

We aim to dispatch orders within the timeframe shown on our website. Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by delays outside our control. Please contact us if your order is late, damaged, or missing so we can resolve the issue.

RETURNS

Returns and refunds are covered by our Returns and Refunds Policy. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 or Fair Trading Act 1986.

You must not misuse our website, attempt unauthorised access, or use its content for unlawful purposes.

Unless stated otherwise, our artwork, photographs, designs, logos, and website content belong to Opeke Art & Design or the credited artist. They may not be copied, reproduced, or used commercially without written permission. Purchasing an artwork or product does not transfer copyright.

We use customer information to process orders, arrange delivery, communicate with customers, and operate our business. Personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and the New Zealand Privacy Act 2020.

We may update these terms when needed. The terms published when your order is placed will apply to that order.
